How to add number in a DNC ( Outbound and Inbound )

For adding a number in DNC you need to go to administration panel > go to lists > Add - Delete DNC Number 

From here you can add the number. For outbound calls blocking add the number without +1 prefix and for blocking the number for inbound calls you need to add in with +1 prefix as shown in the above screenshot in that case you will be able to block a number for inbound and outbound calls
