How to create level 7 user to monitor agents and view reports?

How to create level 7 user to monitor agents and view reports?

Step1:
Access the Vicidial Admin interface: Open a web browser and enter the URL of your Vicidial server's admin interface. The URL is typically something like http://your-vicidial-server/admin.php.

Step2:
Log in with your admin credentials: Enter your username and password to log in to the Vicidial Admin interface.

Step3:
Navigate to the Users section: Once logged in, you should see menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Users" link under admin section. 


Step4:
Add A New User: Once on the Users page. Click the "Add A New User" button to create a new ID.


Step5:
Fill the User Details: Enter the necessary details for the new users, such as User number, Password, Full Name. Select the User level 7 and select the user group "ADMIN".


Step6:
Save the user: Once you have entered the details, Click on "Submit" button to save the changes.

Step7:
Admin Interface Options: Scroll down to the Admin Interface Option select the option "View Reports" make it active.


Step8:
API User Options: Scroll down to the API user options select the option "Agent API Access" make it active.


Step9:
Save the options: Once you have make the required changes, Click on "Submit" button to save the changes and the ID is ready to go provide the credentials.
