How to enable list script override in the dialer?
How to enable list script override in the dialer?
Step1:
Access the Vicidial Admin interface: Open a web browser and enter the URL of your Vicidial server's admin interface. The URL is typically something like http://your-vicidial-server/admin.php.
Step2:
Log in with your admin credentials: Enter your username and password to log in to the Vicidial Admin interface.
Step3:
Navigate to Lists section: Once logged in, you should see menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Lists" link under admin section.
Step4:
Navigate to List option: Once you're on the show lists page click on option "Modify" of specific list that you need to apply the override script for.
Step5:
Select the script: Select the script ID in the option Agent Script Override and Inbound Script Override once its select scroll down and click on the button "Submit" to apply the changes.
Your script will be override in the next call outbound and inbound call which will be directly fetching it from the list instead of campaign.
