How to enable Schedule Callback in campaign in Vicidial?

How to enable Schedule Callback in campaign in Vicidial?

Step1:
Access the Vicidial Admin interface: Open a web browser and enter the URL of your Vicidial server's admin interface. The URL is typically something like http://your-vicidial-server/admin.php.

Step2:
Log in with your admin credentials: Enter your username and password to log in to the Vicidial Admin interface.

Step3:
Navigate to the Campaigns section: Once logged in, you should see menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Campaigns" link under admin section. 


Step4:
Navigate to Campaign detail view: Once you're on the campaign view page click on option "Modify" to redirect to campaign detail view.



Step5:
Enable Scheduled Callback Option: Once you're on the campaign detail view page set the Scheduled Callbacks option to "Y" and Schedules Callbacks Alert to "BLINK_RED" scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on button "Submit" to apply the changes.
