How to record calls in Vicidial?
Step1:
Access the Vicidial Admin interface: Open a web browser and enter the URL of your Vicidial server's admin interface. The URL is typically something like http://your-vicidial-server/admin.php.
Step2:
Log in with your admin credentials: Enter your username and password to log in to the Vicidial Admin interface.
Step3:
Navigate to the Campaigns section: Once logged in, you should see menu on the left side of the screen. Click on the "Campaigns" link under admin section.
Step4
Navigate to Campaign detail view: Once you're on the campaign view page click on option "Modify" to redirect to campaign detail view.

Enable the recording option: Once you're on the campaign detail view page search for the keyword Campaign Recording in the detail view and select the ALLFORCE option scroll down click on button "Submit" to apply the changes.
